For the Spring semester of the academic year 2023 – 2024, the Department of Occupational Therapy will offer the following courses in English:

Incoming staff

Staff from partner institutions wishing to visit the University of West Attica (UniWA) for teaching or training should contact the Erasmus Office of their institution in order to be informed about their internal selection procedure. Eligibility for participation in the selection procedure is determined and subsequent selection is organized by the sending institution.

 

Nomination

After the selection, partner institutions send their nominations to the Erasmus office of the University of West Attica. Teaching staff nominations are only accepted within the agreed fields of study as they are mentioned in the fields of study and flows table in the signed Inter-Institutional Agreement.

 

Language Requirements

The University of West Attica generally requires a B2 English Language Level (the level is according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages – CEFR), unless otherwise specified in the Inter-Institutional Agreement. Τhe B2 English Language level is equivalent to a total score of 72 in TOEFL or a  total score 6 score in IELTS.

 

Before your arrival

  • Fill in the application form.
  • If you are interested in teaching send a proposal of your mobility agreement to our Erasmus Office. The Erasmus Office will bring you in contact with the Departmental Coordinator who is responsible for academic matters and for your schedule. After you determine the period and programme of the mobility activity forward the agreement, signed by you and your Institution, to our Erasmus Office.
  • If you are interested in training, choose an Erasmus Training Course and after you determine the period and programme of the mobility activity forward the mobility agreement signed by you and your Institution to our Erasmus Office.
  • Make sure that you have a valid insurance policy.

 

Upon your arrival

Upon arrival at the University of West Attica (1st day) you must check-in at our Erasmus Office.

 

Upon the incoming staff mobility completion

Leaving the University of West Attica (last day) you must check out at our Erasmus office in order to receive your duly completed and signed Certificate of Teaching or Training.
